Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any software-as-a-service application provided by Infinite Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for or using any Infinite Technologies product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Infinite Technologies provides subscription-based SaaS applications ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Access to our Services is sold on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual) as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles all billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf.
All prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Paddle will apply the correct tax rate based on your billing location.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in the Services — including software, designs, logos, and documentation — remain exclusively with Infinite Technologies. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and operate in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
