Refund Policy
Effective date: June 1, 2025 · Infinite Technologies
Our promise: We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. If the application is not working for you or does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no long forms or runarounds.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Infinite Technologies' subscription-based SaaS applications. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through the same channel.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Time window: Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date or subscription renewal date;
- Valid reason: The application is not functioning correctly on your setup, or after reasonable use it does not fulfil the purpose you purchased it for;
- Good-faith attempt: You have contacted our support team and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue (at least one support interaction), unless the issue is clearly unresolvable;
- Subscription type: The refund applies to the current billing period only. Refunds are not issued retroactively for prior billing periods already paid.
3. Valid Refund Reasons
We consider the following to be valid grounds for a refund:
- The application has critical bugs that prevent normal use and we were unable to resolve them within 72 hours of a support report;
- A core feature described on our website does not work as advertised;
- The product is fundamentally incompatible with your operating environment (OS, browser, platform) and we are unable to provide a workaround;
- After genuine use, the product does not fulfil your stated intended use case — provided this was not disclosed before purchase (e.g. in our FAQ or documentation).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 7-day refund window has elapsed;
- The request is made for reasons such as "I changed my mind" without a functional or fitness reason;
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service;
- The issue stems from the customer's own environment, misconfiguration, or incompatible third-party software not disclosed to us;
- The customer purchased a product knowing it was described as incompatible with their use case;
- Renewal charges where the customer did not cancel before the renewal date (we send a reminder email before each renewal).
Important: Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will be declined. We recommend reaching out to support immediately if you encounter any issues.
5. Refund Timeline
Day 0 – Submit your request
Contact us at support@infinitechs.online with your account email, order ID (from Paddle), and a description of the issue.
Within 24–48 hours
Our team reviews your request and either resolves the issue or approves the refund.
Refund approved
We initiate the refund through Paddle. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle.
5–10 business days
The refund appears in your original payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.) depending on your financial institution.
6. How to Request a Refund
Provide Details
Include your account email, Paddle order ID, and a clear description of the problem.
Allow Resolution
We'll try to fix the issue first. If unresolvable, your refund is approved.
Receive Refund
Processed via Paddle to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Partial Refunds & Pro-Rata
For annual subscriptions, if a refund is requested within the 7-day window, a full refund of the annual fee is issued. We do not offer pro-rata partial refunds for unused months beyond the refund window.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish a refund, please explicitly request one within the 7-day window.
9. Consumer Rights (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional statutory rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, unless digital content delivery has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement that this waives your right of withdrawal. By accessing the Service immediately after purchase, you consent to early delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may no longer apply. In cases of conflict between this policy and applicable consumer protection law, your statutory rights prevail.
